ImCalmer provides you with three meditation options:
Timed Silence: Use this option for totally uninterrupted meditation. ImCalmer will simply sound an alert when the selected number of minutes have passed.
Timed Stages: Use this option to count stages or breaths. ImCalmer will sound a tone at the interval you select and a final alert when the appropriate number of minutes have passed.
Timed Tapping: This option will give you a consistent tapping to concentrate your meditation. ImCalmer sounds a click each second and a final alert when the selected number of minutes have passed.
